Just wanted to let you know how well everything has worked out for my wife Jean and I since moving to Agency Lake, just north of Klamath Falls, Oregon in March, 2001. Little did we know our first meeting with you in Huntington Beach, California in 1996 would be so fortuitous. We were impressed by how forthright you were with us about the type of properties available, and that you wanted to be sure to match our needs and interests to assure a "win-win" transaction. Having looked for affordable properties on the West Coast since 1990 with no success, we were a bit skeptical.

Now it is 10 years later and it continues to get better and better. Construction on our home was completed in December, 2000, we moved in 2001, finished construction of the barn in the fall of that year, shipped the horses up, and have never looked back. The four seasons are wonderful, fishing is fantastic, and backpacking in the Sky Lakes Wilderness has become a yearly adventure.

Also, due to the abundance of choke cherries in the local area I have been able to mix up a batch of holiday season "cherry bounce" like we enjoyed each year in Kentucky, where I grew up. When you have a chance to stop by we'll sip a little.

When our good friends the Munstocks told us they had met with you and ended up buying their retirement home in the Agency Lakes area; we knew we should meet with you, even though retirement is not in our near future yet.
